Your membership
A paid membership gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to access the spaces, courses, calls and materials included in your plan, for as long as your subscription is active. It does not transfer ownership of anything.
One person, one account
Accounts are individual. Sharing your login, reselling access, or redistributing paid material — recordings, lessons, analysis, signals — outside the community ends the membership without refund. We detect this and we act on it.
Conduct
Treat the room well. No harassment, no spam, no promoting other paid services or affiliate links without permission, no soliciting members privately, and no posting anything you don't have the right to post. We remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules. Staff decisions on moderation are final.
What we owe you
We aim to keep the platform available and the content flowing on the schedule described on the pricing page. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change or retire features as the community evolves. Material changes are announced in advance.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential loss.
Ending it
You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. We may terminate a membership for a breach of these terms, or for any reason with a pro-rata refund of the unused period.
